first time taking newborn pics, seriously, it makes me sweat! cautiously handling and positioning the baby. trying to position myself and waiting patiently for the best click that i can get since newborn does not understand or follow any instruction. But I love it!! baby’s smell is the sweetest odor. I mean when they are not pooping. haha

Anonymous asked: What was rcsi like? Did u enjoy it or was it not worth it?

I did a twinning program, so basically I’ve just spend 2 and half years in RCSI and mostly for learning the theory. I enjoy my stays there despite the tough exam papers but I guess exam is meant to be difficult. haha

From my point of view, RCSI is a good place for studying medicine. Preparing students with strong theory for medicine. They prepare good and comprehensive lecture notes that really help in studying. However, RCSI is a very small college, does not really give the vibe of an university. But, it’s ok, as when students entering clinical rotation, they will go to different locations.

Anonymous asked: your photography is amazing, i saw your dublin photos and was wondering if you did study in RCSI, if so, did you face any problems there because of your hijab, and what did you do if you were in the OR. i really want to go there but i'm not sure about things like this

Thank you for looking at my Dublin photos.

Yes, I had study in RCSI for 2 and half years. I did a twinning program. So, basically I just spend my time mostly for theory learning. There is large muslim community in RCSI as most students in RCSI are international students. Therefore, there was no big issue regarding wearing hijab. For OR, there is a neck covered surgical cap for us. It is the same like in Malaysia.
